 Start-up costs will vary depending upon the size of your club and the build-out and equipment requirements. Total investment costs can be as low as $47,649 for a small Zoo Health Club Express ( based on Leasing equipmet).
The one-time franchise fee for new locations is $24,999. Thereafter, a monthly royalty fee of $549 or 6% of gross sales (whichever is greater) is charged. A marketing support fee of $295 each Month.
Leasing equipment—rather than purchasing—is recommended, due to the lower initial cost.

Facilities
Most Zoo Heath Club Express and Zoo Health Clubs vary in size, floor plan and layout. Much of it has to do with the shape of your space. Our clubs will range from 1,500 to over 10,000 sq. feet. The larger the club, the greater your investment. Below are some examples of size and layouts.
The Zoo operating system trains the franchisee to minimize monthly overhead and maximize monthly membership sales. The most successful franchisees follow the system to increase their chance of success in owning a Zoo Health club franchise. There is a roadmap in place, for your success, but you have the responsibility to follow it.
